Hermetic boxesare widely used in surface-mounted installations, in particular in outdoor installations where a high degree of protection is required.

They are characterized by a simple construction consisting of a base and can cover. The base with attached flexible glands that act as cable glands adapted to various wires.

The base and the lid of the box are connected together with screws made of plastic, which ensures a secure and corrosion-resistant connection. The box is equipped with a hermetic seal ensuring that the box is dust-tight and has a high degree of IP protection. Additionally, plugs were used as an insulating element, which protect the protruding fasteners from the electrical parts in the box. The box is equipped with a PMT-5 mounting plate.
