Self-amalgamating insulating tape made of ethylene-propylene rubber, 0.76 mm thick, ideal for restoring insulation in LV and MV cables. Tape with excellent electrical properties, guaranteeing the stability of parameters such as dielectric strength, dielectric constant, loss tangent in the operating temperature range up to +90 º C with short-term overloads up to +130 º C. Resistant to moisture, aging, UV, ozone, atmospheric influences. It is characterized by very good thermal conductivity. It is vulcanized after winding with strong tension, which makes it twice as long, creating a homogeneous layer of material without air bubbles, tightly adhering to the surface. Intended for use as insulation wrapped in tape joints for LV and MV power cables with plastic insulation or for repairing cable sheaths. It can also be used for anti-corrosive protection of metal pipes as well as for sealing and protection against moisture. Does not contain glue. It can be easily removed if necessary, leaving a clean surface.
