We deliver the ordered goods by courier companies (DHL, Stava), via parcel lockers (InPost). The goods can also be picked up free of charge at one of our branches in Poland.

If you want to pick up your order efficiently, order the goods earlier, and within an hour we will prepare an order for you.

Order fulfillment:

1. When placing an order, select the el12 branch where you want to pick up the goods
2. Check availability in a given branch,  if the goods are unavailable, this form of delivery will be impossible
3. Make payment or pay on delivery
4. Wait for e-mail confirmation that the goods have been prepared
5. Collect the goods - when collecting enter the order number
6. The reserved item will be waiting for you 10 working days

Personal collection (el12)

Using this form, you can check the goods and immediately obtain professional advice from our employees.

Order fulfillment:

1. When placing an order select a branch el12 where you want to pick up the goods
2. Make payment or pay on delivery
3. Wait for email confirmation that we have prepared goods for you
4. When picking up provide your order number
5. The reserved item will be waiting for you 10 business days

Fast delivery up to 3h (Xpress Delivery)

Need an item right now and you can't pick it up? With the Xpress Delivery courier you will receive your package within 3 hours* of placing the order.

Important:

• the service is available for selected towns (up to 25 km from the location of our branches óin: Bydgoszcz, Częstochowa, Dąbrowa Górnicza, Gdynia, Gliwice, Katowice, Kraków, Łódź, Opole, Wrocław) and their individual streets/areas. Check the locations covered by the service in the Shopping Cart

Do you need goods immediately, but you can't pick them up? With Stava courier you will receive your parcel within 3 hours* of placing your order.

Over 11,000 InPost parcel lockers throughout Poland give you a free and cheap option to collect your parcel. You decide when and where you will pick up your order.

Order execution:

1. When ordering, select the PACZKOMAT (InPost) form
2. Choose a parcel locker to pick up your shipment
3. Make payment online or on delivery
4. < span>Collect the parcel within 48 hours of receiving information about its delivery to the parcel locker

We deliver domestic and foreign courier shipments via DHL.

Important information:

• The cost of delivery depends on the selected form of payment, delivery, region of a given country, weight and size of the shipment.
• to check the delivery cost of your order, put all the products you want to buy in the basket, < /span>
• then select the country, delivery method and payment method - the total delivery cost will be automatically calculated and displayed on the screen
• couriers are required to deliver a shipment to the recipient's premises only if its weight does not exceed 30kg.
• in the case of shipments heavier than 30 kg and/or bulky, the package may be delivered to the building located at the delivery address.

Shipment abroad is only possible via DHL courier. Payment for the delivery must be made when placing the order (prepayment). Free shipping on international shipments does not apply. Detailed charges by country are presented in the table below:
