Screw cable connectors are offered in two variants with regular or shear bolts. Connectors made of copper or aluminum enable connecting cable cores where it is necessary to connect wires, e.g. in a repair joint with a screw clamp. In contrast to press connections, it is not required to have a manual or hydraulic press to permanently terminate the strand. Only an Allen key is required to make the connection. The use of pipe connectors increases the safety of the connection and its durability. It is important to remember that this type of connection cannot be mechanically loaded.
