Intended use
Delayed off time relays are used to maintain the power supply of the controlled receiver for a specified time after the control voltage decay, e.g. in bathroom ventilation systems, where operation is maintained fan - switched on with the lighting - for a specific  time  after turning off the same lighting.
Operation
Applying the control voltage S to the relay causes its activation and switching on the voltage on the controlled receiver. After the control voltage decays, the operation of the receiver is maintained by  hold-up time t (set by potentiometer). After time t, switching off the controlled receiver  will happen   automatically. If the control voltage S is re-applied before the set time elapses, the relay performs its operation function from the beginning
