The automatic phase switch is used to maintain the continuity of power supply to a single-phase receiver in the event of a power phase failure or its parameters below the standard. Operation
Three-phase voltage (3×230V+N) is applied to the input of the switch. Single-phase voltage (230V AC) is directed to the switch output, i.e. phase voltage of one of the phases. The electronic system of the switch controls the voltage values of the phases supplied so that the output voltage is not lower than 195V. The phase with the correct parameters is directed to the output of the switch. The correct parameters of the input voltages of individual phases are signaled by the lighting of the diodes. The L1 phase is the priority phase, i.e. if its parameters are correct, this phase will always be connected to the output. In the event of a voltage drop in the L1 phase below 190V or its decay (the green L1 diode goes off), the electronic system will switch the L2 phase to the output (provided that its parameters are correct). In the event of simultaneous lack of correct voltages in phases L1 and L2 (green LEDs L3 and L2 go off), phase L3 will be switched on at the output. If the correct supply voltage returns in the L1 phase (above 195V), the system will switch this phase to the output.
