Two-handed shears with double-bearing eccentric, extremely resistant to breakage of the cutting plates and toothing. They cut multi-turn and fine-wire Cu and Al cables with a diameter of 62 mm to 80 mm, they also cut cables with a thin, soft steel sheet braid and cables reinforced with steel sheet, not intended for hardened sheet.
