EDET TYPES - detected by a metal detector, intended for use wherever it is necessary to eliminate the risk of contamination, during the manufacturing process of e.g. food or pharmaceutical products, with elements included in production lines, etc.

The detectable band is made of polyamide with an admixture of metal filings (metal oxides) that give it a pale blue color.

In the food or pharmaceutical industry, they are also used to close bags and containers, but only in the absence of direct contact with the contents of the package.

The band is not intended for direct contact with food or pharmaceuticals.
