The Sonel MPI-540 meter is designed for checking home and industrial electrical installations. The device can be used to perform measurements, the results of which determine the safety status of the installation. In addition, the user has the option of registering the parameters of the electrical networks located at these facilities. This makes it possible to control the quality of electricity and measure the parameters of electric shock protection using one universal device.
Significant automation of measurements is possible thanks to the function of testing residual current circuit breakers in Auto mode, and also pre-programmed by the manufacturer measurement sequences (so-called autotests), which can also be expanded with your own sequences. Automatic measurement of the insulation resistance of 3-, 4-, and 5-core wires will be possible thanks to the AUTO ISO-1000C adapter.
More than a multi-function meter:
- the largest touch panel on the market (7”) – outstanding ergonomics and ease of use
- removable microSD card – easy storage expansion
- Li-Ion battery – longer operation of the meter
- measurement of all parameters of electric shock protection – one device instead of several
- quick measurement of short-circuit loops with RCD without tripping (up to a few seconds) – time saving
- self-tests - the ability to perform automatic measurements in a sequence* - simplification of measurements
- quick path from measurements to the report – time saving
- three-phase recorder of power network parameters – basic power quality diagnostics
- reading current data parametersóin the network – immediate assessment of the tested device
- parameters measured in class S of the EN 61000-4-30 standard – high measurement accuracy
- energy loss calculator - quick diagnosis of potential savings
This device can be used to perform all measurements in receiving electrical installations in accordance with applicable regulations:< /strong>
- fault loop impedance (also in circuits with RCDs)
- parameters of RCDs
- insulation resistance
- earth resistance (4 measurement methods + soil resistivity measurement)
- continuity of protective and equalizing connections
- lighting measurement
- phase sequence test li>
- test of motor rotation direction
The device can record the parameters of 50/60 Hz power networks in class S of the EN 61000-4-30 standard: strong>
- voltages L1, L2, L3 – average values up to 500 V,
- currents L1, L2, L3 – average values, current measurement in the range of up to 3 kA (depending on the current clamps used)
- frequency in the range of 40 Hz – 70 Hz
- active power (P), reactive power (Q), apparent power (S)
- power factor (PF), cosφ
- harmonics ( to the 40th in voltage and current)
- Coefficient of harmonic distortion THD for current and voltage
