MPI-525 digital multifunction meter in an ergonomic housing, designed for both installers and advanced measuring technicians. It allows you to perform all the measurements provided for in the PN-EN 61557 standard:
- short-circuit loop impedance,
- parameters of RCDs,
- insulation resistance,
- earthing resistance,
- continuity of protective and equipotential bonding connections.
The MPI-525 successfully replaces single devices used for electric shock measurements, and thanks to additional functions not available in other meters, allows for maximum simplification of measurements. The IP54 enclosure is resistant to mechanical damage, and the cover, which can be set in several possible positions, allows for convenient carrying and use of the device in various positions.
Short-circuit loop impedance measurements:< /p>
- impedance measurement with a current of 23 A (44 A at phase-to-phase voltage) - short-circuit resistor Rzw=10 Ω,
- range of measuring voltages: 95...440 V, frequency 45 ...65 Hz,
- measurement of short-circuit loop impedance with a resolution of 0.01 Ω, in installations protected by RCDs with IΔn≥30 mA without tripping,
- automatic calculation of short-circuit current ; distinguishing phase-to-phase voltage and phase-to-phase voltage,
- measurements using UNI-Schuko plug with a button that triggers the measurement (also with L and N wires swapped) or 1.2 m, 5 m, 10 m, 20 m long wires , with the possible use of 3-phase socket adapters. (AGT).
Testing of AC, A and B RCDs:
- measurement of ordinary, short-time delay and selective circuit breakers with rated differential currents of 10, 30, 100, 300, 500 and 1000 mA,
- the function of automatic measurement of the full set of circuit breaker parameters (after pressing the "START" button once, the meter performs the entire set cycle of measurements, including the possibility of measuring the loop impedance L-PE short-circuit with 15 mA current),
- shape of the forced leakage current waveform selected by the user: sinusoidal (starting from rising or falling edge), unidirectional pulsating (positive or negative), unidirectional pulsating with DC background ( positive and negative), constant (positive and negative),
- measurement of tripping current IA with increasing current,
- measurement of operating time tA at currents ½IΔn, 1IΔn, 2IΔn and 5IΔn,
- measurement of the touch voltage UB and the resistance of the protective conductor RE without triggering the switch,
- detecting the inversion of L and N conductors in the socket; does not affect the performance of measurements,
- the ability to measure the tripping current IA and the real tripping time tAI with one RCD trip,
- measurements for the voltage 95...270 V.
< /ul> Insulation resistance measurements:
- measurement voltages: 50 V, 100 V, 250 V, 500 V and 1000 V and 2500 V
- insulation resistance measurement up to 10 GΩ,
- setting 3 time intervals T1, T2, T3 from the range of 6...600 s,
- calculating 2 absorption coefficients, li>
- protection of the meter against the presence of voltage on the object and the appearance of voltage during the measurement,
- automatic discharge of the capacitance of the measured object after the measurement,
- automatic measurement of all combinations of resistance in the leads 3-, 4- and 5-core power cables with the use of an additional AutoISO-2500 adapter,
- acoustic determination of five-second time intervals to facilitate the capture of time characteristics when measuring insulation resistance.
< p> Low-voltage measurement of resistance of protective and equipotential bonding connections: - measurement of protective conductor continuity with current ≥200 mA in two directions,
