The slow-blow fuse link is the right choice if you want to protect your devices against a momentary power surge. Used where there is a short-term overload (e.g. the moment of connecting a new power supply device to the network. A fuse with a slow-blow fuse link can withstand a momentary increase in voltage and not turn off the entire network, despite a temporary overload. This is due to the loop located in the insert, which can accumulate energy for some time.
