Syringe with Alu-Plus contact paste

Advantages of Alu-Plus contact paste:

It removes the oxide layer when the wire is jammed.
Prevents re-oxidation of the contact point.
Prevents electrolytic corrosion between aluminum and copper conductors (within one connector).
Provides long-term corrosion protection.

In the case of spring connections using the CAGE CLAMP® aluminium conductor should be cleaned and immediately afterwards connected to a terminal filled with “Alu-Plus&ldquo contact paste ;.

In the case of spring connections using the PUSH WIRE® recommendation to clean the aluminum wire first, and then connect it to the terminal filled with “Alu contact paste -Plus“.

WAGO's Alu-Plus contact paste can also be additionally applied to the entire surface of the aluminum conductor before connection.
