CHARACTERISTIC Single-core automotive cables, with multi-wire copper conductor (L), flexible (g), with insulation made of automotive polyvinyl chloride (Y-S), one and two-color, intended for use in moderate climates. The cables are subject to the Low Voltage Directive. CONSTRUCTION • conductor - copper strand with irregular twist. • insulation - made of automotive PVC, resistant to elevated temperatures. • core colors – one- or two-color insulation with two marking stripes pressed longitudinally. The color of the cable is made in accordance with the ISO 6722 standard. PACKAGING As a standard, the cables are delivered in reels, wound on spools and wrapped in stratch foil or wound in cartons. BENDING RADIUS The smallest allowable bending radius of the ducts 4d, where d is the outer diameter of the duct. TEMPERATURE The cables are designed for operation at temperatures from -40 to 90°C and relative humidity up to 100%. The highest permissible long-term temperature of the conductor during cable operation must not exceed 90°C. Ambient temperature during storage may not exceed 40°C, in sunlight 60°C. DESTINY The cables are made for a rated voltage of 220V AC. The cables are used in low-voltage circuits of electrical installations in road vehicles and other electrical bundles where the resistance of the cable to fuels and automotive oils is required. It is recommended to protect the cables against mechanical damage, e.g. with installation pipes. • Cables are not suitable for use, among others, in as load-bearing elements, for laying in the ground, walls. • The use of cables contrary to their intended use or mechanically damaged cables may cause electric shock, fire, disability or death
