In order to choose the right boom for your needs, you should first of all check whether the model is intended for outdoor or indoor use. This has a diametrical impact on the quality of the product, as well as on its later life. Street copies must be resistant to various weather conditions. The point is not only to prevent the equipment from being damaged quickly, but also to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the entire structure. Models for indoor use tend to be lighter and smaller. They are suitable for installation in walls, while external extension arms are most often installed on poles.

The dimensions of the accessories are, moreover, an extremely important issue in the case of handles for street or park lamps. It is necessary to know exactly what dimensions the lamp should ultimately have and whether the arm of such length will ensure optimal lighting of the given space. The weight of the product is not without significance. The boom should always be compatible with the pole to which it is to be ultimately attached. Otherwise, the lamp will not only fail to fulfill its basic function, i.e. it will not ensure visibility after dark, but it may also quickly be damaged or fail.

Of course, aesthetic considerations play a big role, especially in the case of home models. However, even brackets for street lamps are more and more often produced in a specific style. Park lamps rarely have a crude form. These are usually stylized luminaires with often elaborate patterns. It is therefore good to choose aesthetically matching extension arms.
